Full Story

A Hyperlink is a word, phrase or picture on a webpage that you click on to go to another place, allowing your readers to jump to a new area of content in your communication. Inserting hyperlinks is a great way to limit the amount of text that appears on your page - allowing you to keep your message short and engaging; giving your readers the chance to easily find more information if they want to.

Linking to an email address means that, if your readers click the link, it will automatically open a new email with your selected email address already included.

If you want to include a link to an email address in your Poppulo Harmony communications, this is the option for you.

Link to an Email Address:

  1. Create a Hyperlink and choose An email address from the Link To drop-down.

Note: You can choose to link to an External Website, Articles from Previous Emails, Internal Page or Article or Anchor in the drop-down.

  2. Enter the Email Address you want to link to.

Note: If you want to include an auto-populated subject line for your emails, enter the code ?subject=your subject line here directly after the email address with your chosen subject line (as shown in the example below with the subject line of "Newsletter Query" ).
