Saved Searches allow you to create a dynamic group of People. Any time you Run a Search, the results can be saved for future use as a Saved Search. Saved Searches can be used when sending communications or searching for People. Each time you Run a Saved Search, the search will run in real time, ensuring your results are up to date and based upon the People data you have in Poppulo Harmony at the time.
Use the instructions below to run a Saved Search.
To Run a Saved Search:

In the People area of your account, select Saved Searches from the menu on the left.

On the Saved Searches screen, locate the Saved Search you'd like to run, then choose Run from the Action column.
Note: If you do not have any saved searches, you will need to Save the results a Search as a Saved Search.

On the following page you will see a summary of the search criteria and the results of that search.
Note: At the bottom of the screen, select Edit to change your search criteria, or select Save Search to Save your Search as a Saved Search for future use. If you choose to Save Search, you will be saving a duplicate of your Saved Search if you have not edited the search criteria.
