Saved Searches allow you to create a dynamic group of People which you can use as a distribution list or sending list, or when filtering reports. Any time you Run a Search, the results can be saved for future use as a Saved Search. Each time you Run a Saved Search, the search will run in real time, ensuring your results are up to date and based upon the People data you have in Poppulo Harmony at the time.
Use the instructions below to create a Saved Search.
To Save a Search as a Saved Search:
- When you Run a Search, select Save Search at the bottom of the results page.
In the Save Search Criteria window, give your Saved Search a Name, a Description and choose whether or not to Add to favourites by using the checkbox.
Add to favourites checkbox:
- Choose Save to save the Saved Search. Your new Saved Search will now appear in the Saved Searches area. You can Edit your Saved Search at any time.
