Your employees can choose how they'd like to receive emails. Emails will be received as HTML by default but People can choose to receive emails as HTML or as Plain Text by clicking an option at the end of an email they've received. You can Update the Preferred Email Format for Employees by editing the People record but your employees can overwrite this at any time. To ensure your People receive an email in a particular format, use the instructions below.
To Choose an Email Format when Sending:
Start the process of Sending your Email.
When you reach the final step of your send click the arrow drop-down beside the send button.
Choose a format and then click 'Send'.
- Your email will be sent in the chosen format and your employees will receive in this format regardless of their preference.
