Employee data in Poppulo Harmony is categorised into different data 'fields'. An employee's 'First Name', 'Country' and 'Department' are all examples of different data fields. These fields allow you to easily segment your audience so that you can boost the relevance of your communications. The number of data fields that are populated in your account depends on the data you've imported into Poppulo Harmony. You can see what fields are populated within your account by going to the People area and selecting 'Fields'. Below is a list of the default fields available in Poppulo Harmony, you can also Create Custom Data Fields.
