The new and improved Edit View lets you drag and drop your articles between sections and edit your section titles and icons. This is the first step towards removing the sections workflow with the view of arranging your newsletter in the Edit View. Use the button below to access the view.
Note: If the Edit Email Enhancements do not appear in your account, your template may not be compatible. Contact Poppulo Support or your CSM for more information.
You'll find a list of articles on the left. You can drag and drop these articles into your newsletters, it's important to note that this does not add a new article, but rather a new instance of the same article. Any changes made to an article added from this list will appear in each instance of the article.

To Drag and Drop Articles in your Newsletter:
Currently you can drag and drop articles to reorder them within a section, with this new feature, you have the freedom to drag and drop your articles across sections and place them anywhere on your Newsletter.
Open your Newsletter in Edit mode.
Click and hold anywhere on the top bar of the article.
Move your article to your desired location in the newsletter.
Note: The article has moved position and now appears in a different section.
To Drag and Drop Articles from the Article List:
In the drag & drop articles list, click and hold an article.
Drop the article into your newsletter.
To Delete an Article:
Choose an article and click the delete icon.
Note: Deleting an article will remove all instances of the article in your newsletter.
To Edit a Section Title:
- Clicking the pencil and paper icon at the top of your section (previously this could only be done in the Sections menu in the More drop-down).
Note: Section Title must be toggled to 'show' in your Layout View to become editable in the Edit View.
To Edit a Section Icon:
Click the plus (+) icon at the top of your section (previously this could only be done in the Sections menu in the More drop-down).
