You can Create a Tag and then Apply Tags to People allowing you to manually group employees during a Search or Import, and send targeted communications. Tags are particularly useful when you've been provided with an ad-hoc list or a spreadsheet of email addresses that need to receive a particular message.

Note: This solution should only be used as a back-up. Sending to a Saved Search is more efficient than sending to a Tag, due to the fact that a Saved Search are dynamic and will update based on your People data. A tag is a static group of People.

To Apply Tags to your People using a Search:

  1. Run a Search to target the People you'd like to apply a tag to.
