Preview Text is a short snippet of text that appears next to your subject line in your readers' inbox. It gives readers a quick glimpse of your message, increasing open rates and engagement.
Use it to highlight key details, add context, or create curiosity - so your emails get noticed!
The existing Preview Text functionality within Poppulo's Email product is adopting a new workflow with additions being managed in the Send wizard.
This feature allows you to add preview text for single language and multilingual emails. After an email is completed, you can select one of the following methods to send you email and enter the preview text as part of the Send wizard.
- Approve and Send
- Quick test
- Send or Schedule send
You can also enter the Preview text in the Planning section of Email Settings. This allows you to plan ahead for your send.
