Full Story
The Poppulo Analytics Cross-Channel view gives you a high-level look at how your employees are behaving across your main digital channels (Email, Intranet). You can filter the reports on your Cross-Channel; Filter by Campaign or by Date.

When you choose Cross-Channel, you'll find 4 reports on the screen:  

Cross-Channel Dashboard

The Cross-Channel Dashboard gives you a high-level look at how employees are behaving across your main digital channels. Choose the Dashboard Reports tab.

Channel Overview
The Channel Overview gives you a quick look at the key Metrics for each of your channels.

Channel Trend Graph
The Channel Trend Graph is a a fully interactive, visual representation of how your Email and Intranet Content is performing over time. It also shows how both channels combined.

Reach Graph
The Reach graph gives you insight into your overall reach across your channels combined.

Detailed Metrics
The Detailed Metrics are the numerical representation for how your Email and Intranet Content is performing for Content Views and Avg. Reading Time. You can see the Channel Split below each metric.

  • Metric Name - The name of the Metric being reported on.
  • Metric Number - The total value for this Metric across all of your channels.
  • Trend Information - The % performance of this metric against the last period. 
  • Channel Split Number - The numeric value for each channel. 
  • Channel Split Stack - The visual channel split. 
  • - Gives additional helpful information. 


Monthly Content Engagement Score
This is a monthly score out of 100. The score provides a high level understanding of how all of your IC content is performing.

Cross-Channel Employee Reach

The Employee Reach Report gives you great insight into the percentage of your employee audience that is consuming your content. Use the Segment drop-down to see the reach for other fields such as Department, Country and more. Filter by Campaign or by Date, you can even switch to the Email or lntranet Channel and view this report. Choose Employee Reach on the left.

Cross-Channel Employee Engagement

The Employee Engagement Report allows you break down your data into lower level Organisational Units (such as Department, Country etc.). The Segment Analysis table displays your chosen Segment Values across three Top Metrics: VisitorsContent Views, and Avg. Reading Time. For example, if you choose Department as your Segment, you will see how each Department performed in terms of the 3 Top Metrics. Filter by Campaign or by Date, you can even switch to the Email or Intranet Channel and view this report.

Cross-Channel Content

The Content Report lets you drill into the performance of particular articles in your Emails and Intranet pages on Sharepoint, showing you Content Views and Avg. Reading Time.
