The Enterprise Level reporting area gives you access to 4 mobile reports.
Note: These reports are accessible by Enterprise Admin only. A sub-account will only have access to the Content Report tab. If you don't have Enterprise access, please contact email@example.com.
In the Enterprise area of your account, navigate to the Analytics
menu and select Mobile
to access your Mobile Reports
. Then, if not already automatically selected, select the Content
The Content Report
tab gives you a high-level look at how employees are interacting with your Mobile content. This report provides four tiles:

All of which allow you to see what content is receiving the most engagement. This aids a deeper understanding of the types of content employees are reading and engaging with, allowing you to set content strategies and targets based on the results.Note: You can also Download Mobile Reports.
This graph shows the number of posts sent in the Date Granularity (the date range) selected (day/week/month/etc..) and the performance of those posts. The trend displays the Total Views and Unique Views to date for any post that was sent on that day/month/week/etc...
This graph shows the number of posts sent in the Date Granularity selected, and number of Likes and Comments received on those posts. The trend displays the number of Likes and Comments to date for any posts that was sent on that day/month/week/etc...
This table shows the performance of each individual post sent in the Date Granularity selected. The table is ordered by the highest Total Views (the total number of posts viewed).
The Top Posts table also provides an overview of:
- Unique views: The number of employees who have viewed a post
- Likes: The total number of Likes on a post
- Comments: The total number of Comments on a post
- Interaction Rate: The percentage of employees who liked, commented or shared a post they viewed
This table shows the performance of embedded videos in posts in the Date Granularity selected.
The Top Video table provides an overview of:
- Total Video Views: The total number of views of an embedded video.
- Unique Video Views: The number of employees who have viewed a video.
- Completion Rate: The percentage of employees that have viewed the video and watched to the end.
This will filter the report by Posts that were sent on, or after the date selected.
You can choose from the Preset date ranges or input a Custom date range.
When changing any filter, press the Reload button on the top-right to reload the data with that filter applied.
This filter controls the date groupings for timelines. The default is Day, but this can be changed to Week, Month, Quarter or Year.
