One of the biggest benefits of using the Event Module is the ability to view exactly how your Event invitees have responded. Once you've sent your invite, you can easily view how many people have accepted, declined or not yet responded and catch any last-minute changes by filtering you invitees list by Activity. This means that you can view a list of those invited to your event based on when their invite was last changed, if an invitee changes their mind or adds a last minute dietary requirement for example. Use the instructions below to manage your event attendance.
To View your Event Responses:
From the Overview screen, click on the Title of your Event Folder to open the Event Dashboard.
The Reports section gives you a Graph View of how your invitees have responded, as well as the Mailing Results (how many employees the invite was delivered to, opened and clicked by etc) and Delivery Stats.
To Manage your Event Responses:
Click the blue number beside the response to view the details of those invitees that have responded in a particular way.
Note: Clicking any of the numbers will open the Manage Invitees screen which displays the names and details of the invitees that declined. Alternatively, you can click the Manage Invitees button to open the Manage Invitees screen.
- From the Manage Invitees screen you can:
Toggle between invitees that Accepted, Declined, Did not reply or are Awaiting Registration.
Note: Invitees marked as Awaiting Registration have accepted the invite, but have not yet completed the registration form.
Click Download when you're viewing a list of invitees to download a customized list of your invitees and event information.
Note: You can Add Display Columns when Viewing Search Results by clicking 'Columns'.
Click Accepted or Declined in the Mark As column to manually update event responses.
Click the Add Invitee button to manually add an invitee.
