Metric Search lets you identify People based on reporting related data such as opens, clicks and survey results. You can search for the inverse (or opposite) of any statement by placing NOT in front of your search. This is also known as a Negative Search. Use the instructions below to invert a Metric Search.
To Invert your Metric Search:

In the Reports area of your account, choose Metric Search from the menu on the left.
- Choose NOT from the first drop-down box, then select the rest of your search criteria from the remaining drop-downs. You can also choose whether or not to Show Only Active People by using the checkbox.
Note: The search, in this example, will return all employees who were not sent the email Invitation to Poppulo Training Event.
