Social Features allow your employees to Comment on and Like/Star your communications. This is a great way to gather informal feedback and encourage engagement. However, sometimes there may be Flyers, Newsletters or Folders where you don't want employees to be able to comment. You can decide to enable/disable Social Features in your Flyers and you can enable/disable Social & Comments on an Article by Article basis in your Newsletters.
You can Enable Comments or Turn On Likes for an entire Folder. The instructions below are for Comments and enabling Social Features within your communications, this means that the social functions will appear for your People, at the end of your Articles or Flyers.
