Filter by Channel in Poppulo Analytics

Poppulo Analytics gives you a consolidated, global view of Internal Comms performance across your primary digital Channels. This Cross-Channel view will help you understand the reach and impact of your communications across your entire organisation, and provide you with a clear picture of how effective your communications are across your primary digital channels. 

When viewing Poppulo Analytics Reports, you can filter by Date, by Campaign or by Channel using the instructions below to filter by Channel. 
 

To Filter by Channel in Poppulo Analytics:

  1. Access Poppulo Analytics
     

  2. When viewing your Reporting in Poppulo Analytics, choose an Analytics Channel from the submenu (Cross-Channel will be selected by default).

  3. All reports will now update to show metrics for your chosen Channel. (You can now view reporting for your Email Channel in the example below.)

    Note: The Overview Report will appear as a Dashboard when the Cross-Channel is selected.
