The Search tab, accessible in Enterprise People allows you to search for a specific People or group of People by defining search criteria(Business Unit or City for example). Multiple criteria can be added as required. Once a search is defined and run, it can be saved as a Saved Search for use again at another time. Saved Searches are dynamic - when used, a new search runs and your results are returned based on the employees in your account each time of the search. Use the instructions below to search for employees in Enterprise People.
Note: There are no Survey Response or Metric based searches available here.
To Access the Search Tab:
In Enterprise, click 'People'.
Click the 'Search' tab.
- Now you can Run a Search and save your search.
To Run a Search:
- Choose your search criteria from the drop-downs and your preference in the Show Only Active People checkbox. (Alternatively, load a saved search)
Note: Use the '+' icon to add additional search criteria.
- Click 'Search' to run the search.
- At the top you will see a summary of the search criteria(the field city, contains Dublin) and below it, the results.

At the bottom of the screen, click 'Edit' to edit/change the search criteria, or click 'Save Search' to use these criteria in future as a Saved Search.
