The Saved Searches tab, accessible in the Enterprise People Module lets you manage you saved searches. Use the instructions below to access the Saves Searches tab.
To Access the Saved Searches Tab:

In Enterprise, choose People from the menu on the left.

Select Saved Searches from the sub menu.

Manage your Saved Searches as below.

Click Search to run a new search.

Use the search box to find a Saved Search.

Click the Saved Search name (eg: UK Based employees) to edit the Saved Search.

Click Run to run that Saved Search.
