Saved Searches allow you to create a dynamic group of People. You can Run a Search and save the results for future use. Each time you use a Saved Search, the search will run, in real time, ensuring your results are up to date and based upon the employee information you have in Poppulo at the time.
To Edit a Saved Search:
Go to the People area and click 'Saved Searches'.
In the Saved Search screen, you will see a list of the Saved Searches in your account. Click the Name of the Saved Search you'd like to edit.
In the Edit Saved Search Screen you can edit the Name and Description of your Saved Search. You can also check the Add to Favourites box or change the search criteria for the Saved Search.
Note: In larger accounts, users may create Saved Searches that already exist in the account. To avoid this, use clear names and descriptions for your Saved Searches.
- Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.
