Create a New Email

Below you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to create an Email in Poppulo Harmony. You can also Create an Event Invitation.

 

To Create an Email:

  1. From the Overview page, select the Create New button and choose Email from the drop-down.

  2. Choose between Newsletter or Flyer to see templates available and then choose a Template to use.

    Note: If there are no templates in your My Account Templates tab to choose from, contact Support.
     

  3. In the Email Details, enter your Email Title and choose the Folder for your email in the drop-down.

    Note: You can also Create a New Folder here, just enter a Folder Name. 
     

  4. Under Planning, perform the following steps,
  • Planned Send Date: select the desired date for sending the email. Note: The drop-down menu defaults to "Tags." Click the drop-down to view and select other available options.
  • Add Campaign(s): click the drop-down menu to select an existing campaign from the list.
  • Manage your Campaigns: click Manage Campaigns to open the Campaigns page. From this page, you can edit existing campaigns or create a new one.
  • Subject Line & Preview Text: enter the subject line and preview text for the email.
  • Additional Languages: if applicable, provide subject lines in multiple languages to support localization.

    Note: Setting details under Planning is optional. Setting these details will not send your email and the details can be changed before you send. 
     

  1. Click Save & Edit to finish creating your email. Now you can start Adding Content.
