The Clone Email feature allows you to create an exact copy of an existing newsletter or flyer. The cloned email will appear within the same Folder, and allows you to quickly reuse the same content and template (or to quickly make minor changes for a different audience).
Within the cloned email, any changes to the original communication’s template theme, as well as text and image content, will be replicated. Use the instructions below to clone an email.
Note: You cannot clone an email to a different folder. You can, however, Import Articles from another Folder when rebuilding an email.
To Create a Clone Email:
From the Home Screen, locate the Email you'd like to clone, under Actions, click the 'Clone' button.
Note: Alternatively, locate the Folder/Email in the Comms. Then, click 'clone' in the 'Actions' drop-down.
Enter the Email Title and and Planning details for the cloned Email.
Note: The planning settings are optional but will let other users in your account know when you're planning to send. They'll see the planned send details in the calendar.
Click 'Save and Edit' to start editing your cloned email as normal.
