Reviewers allow you to send a draft communication to a peer for review. When you Send an Email for Review your reviewer can provide feedback and/or approve emails before you complete your live send. You can also Create Reviewer Groups. You can Create Reviewers to approve your emails using the instructions below.
To Create a New Reviewer:
- Go to the Account drop-down and click 'Reviewers'.
- In the Reviewers Screen, click 'Add Reviewer'.
Note: You may be required to Create a Reviewer Group if you are creating your first reviewer.
- Now, enter the Email, First Name and Last Name for the new Reviewer and click 'Save'.
- The Reviewer will now appear in the list of Reviewers.
Note: There is a limit of 50 Reviewers per account.
