Creating a Multilingual Email follows the same steps as a regular Newsletter. When you add an Article in a Multilingual Newsletter, you must always create the Article in the default language before you can add an additional language version off the Article. Once you have a default language Article created, you can use the toggle to add additional Articles in the other supported languages. You can also toggle between the different language versions of the Newsletter to see what each supported language looks like.
Note: It is important to set the default language and additional languages in your Email Settings before adding any Articles or content to your Email. If you do not add content to an additional language version of the Newsletter, that language version of the Newsletter will still appear, but it will be blank.
Use the steps below to create an Article in multiple languages in your multilingual Email:
To Create an Article in Multiple Languages:
Add an Article to your Email. This will be the Default Language Article.
Note: If you are viewing another language version of the Newsletter, you still need to create a default language version of an Article before adding additional language versions of the Article.
Once you have completed the Default Language Version, use the drop-down in the top right corner to add a different language version of the Article.
Note: You do not need to Save each time you edit a language version, your progress will be saved when toggling between Articles. However, you must make sure to click the Save button when you have finished editing all languages of the Article, otherwise all progress will be lost.
Once you have finished adding the different language versions of the Article, choose Save.
