To improve monitoring and measurement of your IC emails and to improve open rates, your IT administrators can set group policy to enable automatic picture downloading for your email communications. Automatic Image Downloading allows us to track internal email opens more consistently, yielding more accurate email metrics reporting.

 

To Add your Sending Address to the Safe Senders list via Group Policy:

Typically in order for an Outlook client to automatically display images in the email we would suggest adding your expected sending address to the safe senders list in Outlook (e.g. internalcomms@yourdomain.com). This is best implemented company wide as a Group Policy setting.
