Add People to a Topic during Import

To allow your readers to Filtering Content based on their Preferences, they'll need to be added to a Topic. You can Add Topics to your Sign-up Form to give employees the opportunity to opt-in to a Topic, or follow the instructions below to add your employees to a Topic manually while you Import People.


To Add your Employees to a Topic using a Manual Import:

  1. Use the steps to Manually Import the People you'd like to add to a Topic. 

  2. When you come to the screen below, choose the Topics you'd like to add your People to in the Topics dialog box.

    Note: You must have at least one topic created to apply Topics here.
     

  3. Click 'Import Now' to complete the update of your People, you can verify this on the final screen or by going to Overview in the People area.
